• How do we work virtually?

  Blessed be the Internet! This makes working virtually a breeze. We manage your tasks, projects, and files using a project management system (PMS). Most communication takes place within this PM system, supplemented by weekly or monthly progress calls.

• What are your payment terms?

  Clients pay 100 percent in advance for each billing cycle. Payments are monthly pre-payments due before the 5th of each month.

• Will my brand’s shared information be confidential, secure, and safe?

  Absolutely. We use secure methods like 1Password for sharing sensitive information and signing an NDA before starting any client relationship, ensuring your data’s confidentiality and security.

• What if I have additional work that exceeds the parameters of my original plan?

  You can either switch to a higher plan, or we can accommodate additional work on an ad-hoc basis, billed hourly.

• If I do not utilize the full hours included in my plan, will they be carried forward?

  Hours do not roll over to the next month. Unutilized hours will not be carried forward to the next billing period.

• What type of remote communication and productivity tools do you use?

  I use WhatsApp or even Slack for instant messaging. Meetings are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. For project management, we utilize platforms like Notion and ClickUp. We also use Loom for tutorials and feedback. If there are any specific tools that your team uses, we are happy to adapt. If there are is any other tool that you are comfortable with, feel free to let me know.
